Our Team

Lillian Kelley, a proud North Carolina native, has built a career centered on education, leadership, and service to children and families. She began her career as an educator, teaching elementary and junior high students throughout North and South Carolina. Her commitment to education later led her to the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, where she served as an Education Specialist and Assistant to the Director in the Continuing Education Department. During this time, she earned her Master’s Degree in Education Supervision.

In 1980, Lillian turned her passion for education and service into a vision of her own by founding T & T Tutor World, Inc. Under her leadership, the organization has grown to serve communities across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Washington, DC. Today, T & T Tutor World, Inc. sponsors daycare homes and centers through the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), providing guidance, resources, and support to help ensure children have access to nutritious meals and quality care.

Lillian’s commitment to service extends beyond her professional work. She is actively involved in her church and community, including singing in the Women’s Choir and giving her time to support others. As a mother and grandmother, family remains at the heart of her work and continues to inspire her commitment to strengthening the providers, children, and families T & T Tutor World, Inc. serves.
